What to expect on your first day in the office

When you walk in the front doors, you will be greeted by our lovely assistants who will check you in. You will give them your filled out new patient paperwork & your insurance card to be scanned into our system. Then they will bring you back to get your CLA Insight scans done!

2. CLA Insight Scans

There are three non-invasive scans that are part of your new patient exam. These scans measure the current state of your nervous system and how well it is handling physical and mental stress. The doctors will have these scans printed out and ready to go for interpretation on your second visit!

3. The Adjustment

The part you’ve been waiting for! The chiropractor you see will perform a quick exam where they will go through your paperwork and complete any other additional tests if necessary. Then you will receive your first adjustment.

Before you leave, you will stop at the check out window to complete transactions and reschedule your day 2 visit. Don’t forget to get a sticker if you brought little ones!
